Align and Lubricate Brake Calipers

Description

Manchester University has been at the forefront of carbon fibre technology in recent years with products such as graphene that's already revolutionising component designs. They have now turned their attention to the aesthetics of carbon. Alongside engineers from Hope Technology they have developed a new electrochromic resin which can be used in prepreg carbon fibre. When a certain current is applied, the resin gradually takes on a new colour.
The engineers from Hope immediately saw the perfect application in their new carbon handle bars. Allowing customers to colour code the bars to their bikes colour scheme. Currently a small battery must be installed into a specially adapted bar end plug, but it's hoped that in the near future the control can be incorporated into the new electronic groupsets.
