Ordering Carbon Cranks

Since their launch at Core earlier this year we’ve seen huge interest for our new Carbon Cranks and owing to the lengthy in-house manufacturing process numbers will be limited, at least initially. With this in mind and to keep allocations fair we are scheduling orders.

Any orders placed from today will be scheduled for W/C 3 June.

Tubeless Valves Orders Overwhelming

We knew the new tubeless valves would be popular, but even we've been astounded at just how popular.

As you know we machine and anodise the aluminium parts in-house in Barnoldswick but unfortunately, we don't produce the rubber seals. We scheduled initial deliveries of seals for April and a follow-up batch in late May. Happily, or unfortunately (depending on how you look at it) the initial batch of seals is now sold out therefore any orders now placed for Tubeless Valves will not ship until late May/early June.

We’re sorry for this delay.

Could you also ensure that all new orders for valves on the B2B are placed on a seperate order to avoid delays in processing other parts.
