Hope Women's Ride - Ard Rock, supported by Juliana

14:30 - 17:00 BST
Hope Women's ride supported by Juliana at Ard Rock this year!

Hope Women's ride supported by Juliana at Ard Rock this year!

3rd time lucky! With Ard Rock 2019 having to be abandoned due to flash flooding and a global pandemic resulting in Ard Rock 2020 not going ahead we’re super excited to be coming to Ard Rock 2021. Come and join us for a ride!

Date and time: Friday 6th August, 2.30pm

Location: Ard Rock festival, Reeth

We aim to meet at the Hope stand in the Ard Rock event village around 2.30pm with a view of setting off riding around 3pm. We'll set off as one group and head out on some of the trails on the surrounding hills. The ride will not be overly technical or long, there may be a few hills here or there, but the pace will be leisurely, so don't worry about getting left behind! As a rough guide, we aim to be out riding for around 2 hours.

Helmets are mandatory and you must provide them yourself.

Juliana will be on hand to provide a pre ride tune-up of your Juliana. Should you wish to take advantage of this please head over to the Juliana stand in good time before the ride.

Nature of Ride:

The ride will involve mostly off road mountain-bike riding with some sections of road. The ride will take place in an outdoor environment on natural and man-made trails. Riders should be aware that weather conditions may change as could the conditions of the trails. The ride will last between 1.5 and 2 hours requiring a medium level of physical exertion. The ride will be led and joined by a Hope Technology representative. The purpose of the ride is to guide the groups around the trails and not to coach riders.

In line with events this year please only attend if you are not showing signs or symptoms of Covid -19. Please follow the Ard Rock Covid -19 status to attend this ride out.
